3 eggs beaten
1 pound can pumpkin (2 cups)
1 cup white sugar
1 (13 oz) can evaporated milk
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice (OR 1/4 tsp nutmeg, 1/4 tsp cloves, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp ginger, 1 tsp cinnamon)
1 yellow or white cake mix
1 cup ground nuts
1 1/2 sticks of butter or oleo
Cool whip or ice cream for serving

Directions:
Mix well and put into greased 9x13 pan. Sprinkle 1 yellow or white cake mix over top of above mixture then sprinkle 1 cup ground nuts over cake mix. Melt 1 1/2 sticks of butter or oleo and drizzle over top of nuts.

Bake at 350º for 40 minutes or until knife comes out clean. May be served with cool whip or ice cream.
