2 pounds ground meat (veal, pork or beef)
1 medium onion
1 cup cooked rice
1 egg
Garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, parsley
Tomato juice
1 head of cabbage
1 can tomato soup
1 can tomato juice
1 small can sauerkraut
3 slices bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix meat, onion, rice, egg, and seasonings. Mix a small amount of tomato juice into meat to moisten. Put cabbage head into boiling water for 5 minutes to loosen leaves. Put meat mixture into cabbage leaves and roll, fasten with toothpick.

Put 3 strips bacon in bottom of pot. Layer cabbage rolls with sauerkraut. Mix tomato soup with 2 cups tomato juice, pour over each layer of cabbage rolls and kraut.
