Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 package regular Oreos
1 8 oz. package of cream cheese
1 package milk chocolate chips
1/2 package white chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Crush the Oreos into small to medium crumbles. Mix them with the cream cheese in a large bowl. Make sure they are fully mixed (I find the best way is to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty). Roll small balls of the Oreo cream cheese mixture and place them on a wax paper lined cookie sheet. Refrigerate until they are firm. Melt milk and white chocolate chips in a double boiler then dip each ball in the melted chocolate and cover completely. Place them back on the lined cookie sheet and refrigerate until set. Enjoy!

Personal Notes:
You can get creative with these. I have tried substituting nutter butters and mint Oreos for the regular ones. All were delicious. It's always fun to add sprinkles too just make sure you do it while the chocolate is still melted so they stick.
