3 or 4 Pork Neck Bones
3 or 4 Veal Bones
1 Large Soup Beef Bone
1 each. 12 oz. Can Tomato Paste
1 each 32 oz. Can Tomato Puree
2 each Tomato Puree Can Water
1 Tbsp. Oregano
1 Tbsp. Rosemary
2 Tbsp. Basil
1 Large Onion Chopped
3 or 4 Cloves Garlic Chopped
2 Tbsp. Olive or Vegetable Oil

Directions:
Brown the pork, veal and beef bones in oil. Remove fro pot and set aside. Add the chopped onion, garlic and spices. Fry this for a few minutes until the onions are translucent. Add the tomato paste and cook two to three minutes more. Add puree and water. Add salt & pepper for taste and cook for about an hour. Taste for seasoning.
