1 large can of tomatoes (whole or chopped)
2 small cans of tomato sauce
2 small cans of tomato paste
garlic, chopped
olive oil
basil oregano
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook garlic in oil for about 2 mins. Add contents of all cans (if using whole tomatoes, cut in the can with scissors before adding). Add a generous amount of all spices/herbs. Add a can of water using the tomato can.

Simmer for 6 hours, stirring every 30 mins.

Taste test every so often. Add more spices/herbs and olive oil if desired.

Suzanne taught me how to make this sauce at Myrtle Beach. I triple the batch and freeze this in quarts. I will NEVER buy spaghetti sauce again!
