4 c. flour
2 t. salt
2 c. shortening
1 egg
1 t. sugar
1 t. vinegar
1/2 c. cold water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine flour and salt
2. Cut in shortening
3. Combine sugar, vinegar, and water in a separate bowl.
4. Beat egg into water mixture.
5. Combine water mixture with flour mixture.
6. Bake at 375º
