2/3 c. butter or margarine (softened)
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 2/3 c. milk
2 1/3 c. all purpose flour
1 c. corn meal
4 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º.
In a mixing bowl, cream butter & sugar. In another bowl combine eggs & milk. In a separate bowl combine flour, cornmeal, baking powder & salt. Add dry ingredients to creamed & mixture alternatively with egg mixture.
Pour into a greased 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish.
Bake for 22-27 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
