Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
6 large carrots, quartered lengthwise
1/2 C butter
2 T brown sugar
1 tsp dry mustard
2 drops Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute carrots in butter for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and cook 10 minutes or till tender.
