Dough: 2 c. flour, 2/3 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 c. water, 1 egg, 4 tbsp. melted shortening, salt.
Filling: 3 lb. ricotta drained, 4 tbsp. Parmesan cheese, 2 eggs, 2 hard boiled eggs cubed, 2 oz. chopped prosciutto, 4 oz. chopped salami, 1/2 lb. chopped pepperoni sausage, 3/4 lb crumbled cooked sausage meat, 1 lb. cubed mozzarella.

Dough: Mix ingredients well until it holds together like a pie crust and chill.
Filling: Mix the ricotta, Parmesan, raw eggs, and salt together. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
In a rectangular Pyrex dish, place a layer of pastry rolled out. Pour in the filing and cover with another layer of pastry. Cut slits in top crust. Bake at 400º for 15 minutes and lower to 325º and bake for another 45 minutes until top is brown and pie is set. Cool. This can be eaten warm or cold.
