2 1/2 c. flour, 1 pkg. yeast, 4 oz. water, 4 oz. milk, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. olive oil.

Directions:
Directions:
Place the yeast in the warm water and proof it for 10 minutes. Add to the other ingredients and knead into a smooth dough. Let it rise in a warm place. Punch down dough and roll it into a pizza pan. Top with desired ingredients and bake in hot oven at 450 to 500º for 15 minutes. To get a really crisp crust, place pizza on a baking stone and spray water into the hot oven before placing the pizza in oven.
