Ingredients:  
1 lb. almond paste, 2 c. confectioner's sugar, 4 egg whites beaten stiff, pine nuts.

Directions:
Directions:
Cream almond paste and add sugar. When blended fold in egg whites. When smooth, roll into shiny balls. Roll balls into pine nuts. Bake on a greased cookie sheet at 350º for about 15 minutes or until light tan in color.
