1 cup flour
1 stick margarine
1 cup finely chopped nuts.

8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup Cool Whip (9 oz.)

2 small boxes of instant pudding (your choice of flavor)
3-3 1/2 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Blend together the first three ingredients and pat out in 9x13 pan.
Bake this crust for 15 minutes at 350º.

Mix the next three ingredients and spread on top of the cooled crust.

Then mix the two small boxes of pudding and milk, and set aside until a little firm.
Spread the pudding over the other mixture.
Spread Cool Whip on top and sprinkle with more nuts.
