Ingredients:  
2 lbs. frozen hash browns (Southern style), thawed
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 can Cream of Chicken soup (Healthy Choice)
1 pt. Sour Cream (can use plain yogurt)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese


2 cups crushed Corn Flakes (can use Total or whatever you have)
1 stick margarine or butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together (except corn flakes and butter.)

Place in 9 x 13 pan or 3 quart casserole dish.

Cover with 2 cups of crushed corn flakes.

Melt the margarine and pour over the top.

Bake for 45 to 60 minutes at 350 degrees.
