3 c. flour, 5 tbsp. Parmesan cheese, 1/8 tsp. pepper, 2 eggs, 1 1/2 c. Swiss chard or spinach cooked and drained, 3 c. tomato sauce, 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese.

Pasta: Mix the first 5 ingredients into a dough and place on floured board and knead until smooth and velvety. If water is needed, add what is left from the greens. Then roll dough to desired thickness. Flour well and roll it back onto the rolling pin. Cut dough with knife lengthwise. The dough will fall off on each side of the folding pin. Remove the rolling pin and cut dough again lengthwise where rolling pin left a dent. Making two stack. Then place them on top of each other. With a knife cut dough crosswise so as to make a diamond pattern. Drop pasta into salted boiling water one at a time and cook till done. Strain a few at a time, placing them in a deep serving dish and adding tomato sauce and Parmesan cheese to each layer. Bake at 350º to heat through.
