2 packets instant beef broth
2 medium potatoes, sliced
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
2 T butter or margarine
2 T all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1 C milk

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan combine the beef broth packets with 12 ounces of hot water. Add onion, sliced potatoes and dill weed. Bring to boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 minutes, or till potatoes are tender. Place vegetable mixture in a blender container. Cover and blend 30 seconds or till smooth. In same saucepan melt the butter. Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Add milk all at once. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly. Stir in the vegetable puree. Cook till heated through.
