Ingredients:
1 loaf frozen bread dough
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped red, yellow or orange bell peppers
1 T. butter
1/4 lb. thinly sliced ham
1/4 lb. thinly sliced hard salami

1 1/2 oz. thinly slice pepperoni

Directions:
Directions:
Allow dough to thaw following package directions. Saute mushrooms and bell peppers in butter. Line a large baking sheet with a length of foil, grease lightly. Pat out dough to form a 14 inch square. Cover center third of dough with ham, salami, cheese and pepperoni. Sprinkle with sautéed mushrooms and bell peppers. Cut each side into 8 equal strips just to the edge of the filling. Fold strips to center alternating sides. Overlap ends of strips just enough to pinch together and seal. Cover loosely and let rise in warm place until doubled in bulk about 1 1/2 hours. Bake uncovered in a preheated 350º oven for about 45 minutes or until golden brown. Slide foil sheet with pastry off onto cutting board. Cut into 8 slices and halves these for easy handling. Serve hot.
