2 C cubed potatoes
1 10 oz pkg frozen baby Lima beans
1/2 C chopped onion
1/2 C chopped celery
1/2 tsp. salt
2 C water
1 10 3/4 oz can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 16 oz can tomatoes cut up
1 1/2 to 2 C chopped cooked turkey
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 4 oz pkg shredded Cheddar cheese (1 cup)

Directions:
In a 3 quart saucepan, combine potatoes, baby Lima beans, onion, celery, and salt. Blend water with mushroom soup; add to vegetables in saucepan. Cook covered, 40 minutes, or till vegetables are tender. Add undrained tomatoes, turkey, poultry seasoning, garlic powder, and pepper. Simmer 15 minutes more.
To serve, sprinkle cheese over each serving.
