1 T butter or margarine
1 C milk
1/2 C farina
2 eggs, separated
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. white pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter and milk in top of double boiler, add farina gradually and stir till thick and smooth. Cool; add egg yolks, salt and pepper. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Shape into balls about the size of marbles, drop into boiling soup and boil 10 minutes. They will triple in size.

Makes about 4 dozen balls
