2 chicken livers, chopped fine
1 T minced parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. minced onion
2 eggs, well beaten
2/3 C sifted flour
2 C chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients thoroughly, except broth, using enough flour to make a stiff batter. Heat broth to boiling point, drop teaspoons of batter into the broth and boil, covered, about 4 minutes.
