Bones of fowl
Leftover gravy
Cold water
1/4 C sliced carrot
1/4 C diced celery
1 small onion, sliced
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Chicken scraps, diced
1 C evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Break carcuss into pieces, add gravy and water to cover. Heat to boiling and simmer 2-3 hours. Remove bones. Add carrot, celery, onion, salt, and pepper and cook 1/2 hour longer. Add chicken scraps. If a stronger flavored soup is desired add 1-2 chicken bouillon cubes. Add evaporated milk and serve immediately.

Serves 4-6, depending on amount of left over fowl
