2 eggs beaten
1 c white sugar
1 1/2 c dates, chopped
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
2 c Rice Crispies
1 c coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs, sugar and dates in large frying pan - cook for 10 minutes over medium heat, stirring often. Remove from heat and add vanilla, salt and Rice Crispies. Form into small balls and roll in coconut. Chill
