3 lbs tomatoes, peeled and chopped
2 T Jalapeno peppers, minced
1 lg onion, diced
4 lg cloves garlic, minced
1/2 c sweet green pepper, diced
1/3 c tomato paste
1/4 c white vinegar
1 T sugar
1 1/2 tsp pickling salt
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp dried oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in large stock pot over medium heat. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer gently for 15 - 20 minutes until desired thickness, stirring often.
Laddle into sterlized preserving jars. Place in hot water bath covering top of jars, bring to boil, then time 20 minutes. Rremove and cool. Store in cook dark place.
