3 whole eggs, 2 tbsp. sugar, 2 tbsp. rum, 1 1/2 c. flour, 1 tbsp. oil, powdered cinnamon sugar.

Directions:
Place flour on pastry board and form a well. In bowl, beat eggs slightly. Add sugar, rum and oil. Pour into well. Combine and knead until smooth ball of dough is formed. If too soft add more flour to make firm but not hard. Let dough rest. Roll it out and cut into strips. Make a knot in the strips. Deep fry strips. Drain. Sprinkle with powdered cinnamon sugar.
