Ingredients:  
1 quart homemade chicken broth, 1/2 lb. ground veal, 1 egg, 1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese grated, 1 tbsp. chopped Italian parsley, 1/4 c. bread crumbs.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the veal, egg, cheese, parsley and breadcrumbs together. Season with salt and pepper. Roll mixture into small meatballs about the size of an olive. Heat the broth to simmering and slip the meatballs into the broth. Cook until done about 5 to 10 minutes.
