2 bags frozen artichokes
1 cup sun dried tomatoes (Optional)
2 bags frozen spinach
2 tbs mayonnaise
Garlic for sautéing vegies
Olive Oil for sautéing
2-4 tbs mayonnaise
3: 16 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup milk (Almond Milk)
Parmesan cheese:i container
Salt and pepper

Spinach And Artichoke Casserole

Saute Garlic in Olive oil
Add:frozen artichokes
Add Spinach
add sun-dried tomatoes(optional)
Cook then
Add to 9 x 13 pan
Make cheese mixture
In an electric mixer or food processor :blend the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and add milk until light and fluffy
Spread this mixture over the top of the spinach mixture. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese,add ground pepper or paprika on top.

Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 40 minutes, or until the top is lightly browned.

You can refrigerate this dish after putting it together and before baking it, but if it is chilled, slightly increase the baking time.
