½ c Sugar
½ c light Brown Sugar
1/2 Butter or margarine softened
½ c Smooth Peanut Butter
1 egg
1 ¼ c Flour
¾ tsp Baking Soda
½ tsp baking Powder
¼ tsp salt

Preheat Oven to 350
Mix Butter, sugars, Peanut Butter, eggs until blended. Add dry ingredients mix well. Refrigerate 3 hours or until hard. Roll in balls flatten criss-cross with fork. Bake 7-9 minutes
