cracker crumb crust
ice cream (your flavor choice)
whipped cream

Use cracker crumb crust. Cover it with a layer of ice cream. Freeze. Top with whipped cream. To make an ice cream sundae cake follow the directions above, then top with fruit or syrup and cover with more ice cream. Freeze and of course, top with whipped cream.

My mother would serve us ice cream in small stemmed silver goblets. She raised the bar and goblet a notch with her special parfaits. She would put several different kinds of ice cream, layering chocolate sauce in between each. She would top it all off with whipped cream and a cherry!
