1 cup grits
1/2 lb. (2 cups) grated cheddar cheese
2 eggs
1/8 teaspoon red pepper
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Cook grits according to package directions, stirring occasionally. Add cheese, saving some for top. Add eggs. Season with pepper. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Top with cheese and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 375º for about 20 minutes.

Advice from Laurette: You can make your house smell good by bringing in a gardenia flower and place it in a little water bowl. Don't bring in too many or the scent will be overpowering.
