1 cup grits, uncooked
4 cups water
1 tablespoon salt
1 stick butter (1/2 cup)
1 roll garlic cheese
1/2 lb. sharp cheese
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Cook grits in salty water. When cooked add butter, cubed cheeses, and worcestershire sauce. Stir until butter and cheeses melt. Put mixture in a buttered casserole and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350º for 15 to 20 minutes.
