Chicken, pork, beef, shrimp Chorizo, etc.
Flour taco shells (reg. or whole wheat)
Cheese: Your option
Jalapeno: finely chopped
Onion: finely chopped

Cook meat to your specific taste & shred. Lightly spread margarine on 2 taco shells. Place a light layer of cheese on both shells. Add the meat mixture to only 1 of the shells. Cover with the 2nd shell. Place in the quesadilla maker or skillet. Allow it to melt cheese and brown taco shell on both sides.
