Ingredients:  
1 cup chopped lettuce (Iceberg works best)
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup sliced cabbage
1/2 cup bell pepper (any color)
1/3 cup green onions
2 cups fresh crab
2 cups herb croutons combined with 2 T. melted butter

Dressing
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 squirts Tabasco
1 T. fresh lemon juice
Garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine lettuce, cabbage, crab, peppers, and green onions. Mix mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, lemon juice and add to salad. Place in a buttered 1 1/2 or 2 qt. baking dish. Melt butter, combine with croutons and place on top of the ingredients in the baking dish. Bake at 325º for 25- 30 minutes.
