1 20 oz can crushed pineapple
1 6 oz pkg cherry jello
3/4 C granulated sugar
2 C hot water
1/2 C cold water
1 T lemon juice
1 1/2 C ground raw cranberries (1 pound)
1 small orange, ground (1/2 cup)
1 C chopped celery
1/2 C chopped walnuts

Directions:
Drain pineapple, reserving liquid. Combine jello and sugar; dissolve in hot water. Add cold water, lemon juice, and reserved pineapple liquid. Chill till partially set. Add pineapple and remaining ingredients. Turn into 6 cup tree mold. (Recipe fills a 2 quart mold). Pour remainder into individual molds. Chill till firm. Unmold.

Makes 12 servings
