2 C canned pears, chopped
1 3 oz pkg lemon jello
1 C boiling water
1 tsp. vinegar
1 3 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
12 pecan halves

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pears, reserving liquid; add water to liquid to make 1 cup. Set aside. Chop pears; set aside. Dissolve jello in the boiling water; stir in reserved pear liquid. Measure 2/3 cup jello mixture; set remainder aside. To the 2/3 cup jello, add vinegar; pour into 4 cup mold.Chill till almost firm. Beat cream cheese till fluffy; stir in remaining jello mixture. Chill mixture till partially set. Fold pears into cream cheese jello mixture. Arrange the nut halves upside down on top of jello in mold; spoon pear mixture atop. Chill till firm.
