3/4 C granulated sugar
1/4 C butter or margarine, softened
2 eggs
2 C all purpose flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 C milk
1/2 C raisins
1/2 C chopped pecans
1/4 cup poppy seed

Directions:
Directions:
In mixer bowl beat together sugar and butter. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each egg. Stir together flour, baking powder, and salt. Add flour mixture to creamed mixture alternately with milk, beating well after each addition. Fold in raisins, nuts, and poppy seed. Fill paper cup lined muffin pans 3/4 full. Bake in a 400º oven for 20 minutes.
