Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 Box Waffle Mix (not sure why but the cheap mixes work best for this)
water, eggs, and oil according to mix
1 8oz block of cream cheese, softened
Strawberries
Ice Cream
Caramel Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix brownie mix according to box. Stir in softened cream cheese. Put batter in heated waffle iron and cook till done. It's hard to tell when they are done since brownies are so dark. This may take a few tries to figure out your waffle iron. Everyone needs a few practice waffles to nibble on. My waffle iron takes longer to cook these then regular waffles. Another tip is these are soft when fully cooked, so you have to gently remove them from the waffle iron. You can't just tug on them like regular waffles. Don't burn your fingers!
Serve with vanilla ice cream, strawberries, and caramel sauce on top.
