1 loaf Texas Toast
Fresh Fruit - blueberries, strawberries, blackberries
Spray Whip Cream

Batter:
6 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
3 tsp. vanilla
3 tsp. cinnamon

Syrup:
1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Directions:
Directions:
Mix the batter ingredients together.
In a saucepan combine the following ingredients for the syrup: butter, sugar, and buttermilk. Bring just to a boil then remove from heat. Add vanilla and baking soda.
Make french toast as usual. Serve with fresh fruit, syrup, and whipped cream.
