Directions:I use this easy recipe to use with cake recipes.I don't like frosting this adds a professional flare to my desserts it's easy and taste wonderful.
**before you start chill your stand mixer bowl and whipping attachment**
Take your room temp cream cheese. Whip it along with your vanilla extract and powdered sugar until fully blended. Slowly add your heavy cream ( you will not use both cartons usually I go through a carton and a half) while the mixer is set to about 3. As you add more heavy cream and you start to see the mixture thicken turn your mixer up gradually. Once all heavy cream is added turn your mixer to about 8 be patient you will start to see peaks form you have to kind of "eye" it once it looks like a stiff whipped topping then remove bowl cover with plastic wrap and put in fridge. Top cooled cakes, use in fruit desserts anything really!
