2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
2 Tbsp. dry sherry
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1-2 pork tenderloins
1-1/2tsp. honey
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. peanut oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the first 8 ingredients in a large ziplock bag. Mix well. Add tenderloins and turn to coat. CHill for at least 8 hours or overnight. Grill 6 inches from the heat for 35 minutes or so until done turning often.
