1 lb of almonds (soak and drained with skin removed)
or almond flour
1 lb powdered sugar
2 tbsp orange blossom water (mazaher)
2 cups finely crushed pistachio (to stuff the almond dough)
small candy bags to wrap each one separately
silicone mold to give it a shape
food coloring if you like to give it color

In a food processor, add the almond, powdered sugar and orange blossom. Mix well and blend until you have a soft and smooth paste/dough. If you need more sugar you can add more to combine. Now you can cut the dough into small pieces, about 2 inches in size. Next, make a hole in the middle and stuff it with 1/2 tsp of the pistachio. Close it and shape by using the a mold that you like. Use a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and then place the shaped dough on it. Heat up the oven on 375º and bake it for 8 min. Move the tray out to cool it.
