2 cups of flour
2 eggs
Calabrese sausage - sliced thinly
Mozzarella - one cup
salt to taste
water (we never measure) but the batter should be the consistency of pancake batter.

Mix it all up. Pour vegetable oil in a large skillet (enough oil to prevent frittata from sticking to the pan) Cook over medium heat until golden brown. Flip and cook other side again until golden.
