Cake:
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1 20oz can crushed pineapple, not drained
1/2-1 cup chopped pecans
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
Topping:
1 pkg 8oz cream cheese, softened
1 stick margarine, softened
3/4 cup sugar
1/2- 1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients by hand in order given. Pour into ungreased and unfloured 13x9" pan. Bake in preheated 350º oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown on top. Make topping while cake is baking. Topping: Combine ingredients in mixer and beat until smooth. Spread on top of cake while hot. Refrigerate left over topping.
