1 1/2 cup butter
3 cups sugar
5 eggs
3 cups flour
2 tablespoons lemon extract
3/4 cup 7 Up
powdered sugar if desired

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large bowl with an electric mixer, cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each one. Add flour and lemon extract, beating until just combined. Add 7 Up and mix thoroughly.

2. Pour batter into a well greased and floured bundt cake pan. (12 cup).

3. Bake at 350* for 75 minutes. Remove from oven and cool for 15 minutes, then remove from pan. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
