Large iron skillet of cornbread - bake ahead, cool, crumble & store in Ziploc bag.
Green onions
Sweet onions
6 eggs
cooked giblets & neck from turkey
Large container of chicken broth
Salt & black pepper, to taste
Fresh ground sage, to taste

Directions:
Hard to tell you measurements for this. Just crumble the cornbread in a large Dutch oven (sprayed with PAM). Chop 1-2 bunches of green onions, 1-2 large sweet onions, giblets & neck meat of the turkey. Mix all together with eggs, seasonings, and enough broth to make it soggy.

Bake @ 350º about an hour (depending on how much dressing you make). It will be set and brown on the top.
