Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 lb salmon, flaked (you can use canned salmon but drain it and make sure you have the skin and bones out)
1 lg egg
2 Tbsp onion, finely chopped
2 Tbsp flour
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 Tbsp chopped parsley
1 tsp wochestershire sauce ( i have no idea if i spelled that right but since no one can say it right either i am not worried about it)
1/4 c fine bread crumbs or 1/4 cup mashed potato
3 Tbsp butter, melted

1 1. Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl. (if it's too dry to form a patty add a touch of milk).
2 Form patties and dip into additional bread crumbs. Preheat frying pan. Oil pan well and fry them up!

My daughters Arika Sanderson and Kaila Herin love salmon patties so for them I give them Grandma's (Betty Lillie) infamous salmon patty recipe. So enjoy. Bon Apetite
