1 lb. Brie - rind removed
1/2 cup dark brown sugar (I used regular brown sugar)
1/3 cup unsalted butte

Directions:
Directions:
Break up Brie and put into 10 inch quiche dish. Bake at 350 oven until bubbly, approx. 10-15 minutes. While Brie is baking melt butter. Add brown sugar and cook until bubbly. Sprinkle over baked Brie. Serve with crackers or fruit.

You could throw almonds into the brown sugar mixture to carmelize and adds a nice texture.
