"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
My Dad got this recipe from a lady at a church bible meeting. Every year my Mom would make this breakfast casserole on Christmas morning. It is a tradition that I continued with my kids, and actually is a family favorite to have anytime including for supper! Its great because it can be made the night before so all you have to do is pop it in the oven!
