3 strips bacon
2 medium onions, sliced
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 1/2 C Bisquick baking mix
1/3 cup cold water
1 egg
1/2 C dairy sour cream
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. Grease 9x9x2 inch square pan. Fry bacon, reserve drippings. Remove bacon and crumble. Set aside. Cook onions, salt, and pepper in reserved drippings until tender and golden. Mix baking mix and water until soft dough forms; beat about 20 strokes. With floured hands, press dough in bottom and slightly up sides of pan. Spread cooked and crumbled bacon over top. Beat egg, sour cream and salt together and spread evenly over onions and bacon. Bake 20 minutes or until light brown.
