1 C cornmeal
1 C all purpose flour
1/4 C granulated sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 C butter or margarine, melted
1/2 C evaporated milk
1/2 C water
1 egg, beaten
Directions:
Directions:
Sift together all dry ingredients. Pour melted butter on top. Mix egg, milk, and water and pour on top of butter. Mix till moistened. Fill greased muffin pan or paper cup lined muffin pan 2/3 full. Bake in 425º oven for 15-20 minutes. Remove from pan.
