1 1/2 C all purpose flour
1 1/2 C cornmeal
1/2 C granulated sugar
1 T baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
2 C milk
1/2 C cooking oil
2 C fresh blueberries

Directions:
Directions:
In large mixing bowl stir together all dry ingredients. Make a well in the center. Combine the eggs, milk, and oil; add to flour mixture. Stir till moistened; batter will be lumpy. Carefully fold in blueberries. Fill 18 greased or paper cup lined muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake in a 400º oven 20 minutes or till golden. Remove from muffin pans. Serve warm.
