1 Cup Flour
1 Stick butter or margarine
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup chopped nuts

1 - 8 oz. package creme cheese
2/3 cup powdered sugar
1/2 large cool whip

2 pkg. Instant pudding (banana is best)
2 1/2 cups cold milk

1/2 large cool whip

Directions:

Stir together - the first four ingredients (flour, butter sugar and nuts.)

Press into 9 x 13 pan which has been sprayed with Pam. Bake for 15 minutes in 350 degree oven. COOL

Add together the next four ingredients (creme cheese powdered sugar, 1/2 of large cool whip). Beat and add to top layer after it has cooled.

Refrigerate.

Mix the instant pudding and 2 1/2 cups of milk.

Spread on top of second layer. Refrigerate.

Spread the other 1/2 of the cool whip on top of last layer.

Refrigerate for several hours or over night before serving.
